This past week, La Casa welcomed its last work team of the year. We want to say thank you to three families from Faithbridge Church in Houston who gave up their Thanksgiving week to be with us! God knew exactly whom He would call from their daily routine to come to El Salvador. Perhaps He wanted to show them more closely the plan He has for the children at La Casa and how they can be a part of that plan.
This group mixed and poured cement to make a porch area on the new renovations of a house on the farm that will serve as office space, visited one of our families, packaged and gave out food to some of our neighbors at the farm, and played with our children at La Casa. Some very special friendships began! We await your return with arms open wide!
