RECREATION is the right of every child, but it is also a LOT of fun for the parents!
Recently I went with José Antonio, José Agustín, and Rosa Elizabeth Ayala to visit their biological parents in the beautiful city of Ilobasco.
It was interesting to see how on different occasions, they began to show signs of a “renewal of their young minds”. This definitely meant a change in character and perspective on things in life. I was proud to see them act differently and I thought to myself, “Thank you God for fulfilling Your purpose in their lives”.
Fishing/ Pescando
Breathing the fresh air, witnessing the incredible happiness on the kids’ faces as they spent time with their parents, and enjoying the adventures of this place, I had an unforgettable experience. It was great to see them climb trees, with or without help; pick fruit, or wait for their dad to do it; and of course, fish for tadpoles! These brought back special memories in my mind and heart, and if you didn’t do these things as a kid, you should now.
Anyone could wonder, “What is God’s will in all of this?” I believe that we see His will each time we see their minds have been renewed; this is how we see His good, pleasing, and perfect will.

RECREACIÓN es un derecho del niño, pero también es una GRAN diversión para los papás!
Recientemente, estuve junto a José Antonio, José Agustín y Rosa Elizabeth Ayala, visitando a sus padres biológicos en la linda ciudad de Ilobasco.
Fue interesante ver como en diferentes ocasiones ellos empezaron a dar muestras de una “renovación en sus mentecitas”, ya que eso definitivamente significa un cambio en su carácter y en su manera de ver y evaluar las cosas de la vida. Me sentí orgullosa de verlos actuar y sobre todo, pensar diferente. ¡Gracias Dios porque estás cumpliendo TU propósito en estas vidas!

Respirar el aire puro del campo, ver la increíble felicidad en sus rostros al visitar nuevamente a sus padres y vivir las aventuras que se presentan al llegar a este lugar, hicieron de esta una experiencia inolvidable. Disfruté verlos subirse a los árboles, con o sin ayuda, cortar fruta o esperar que su papá lo hiciera, y por supuesto, “pescar chimbolos” son cosas que trajeron recuerdos especiales a mi mente y corazón. Si no lo hiciste de niño, debes hacerlo.
Cualquiera podría pensar, ¿Cual es la voluntad de Dios en todo esto? Bueno, podemos entenderla cada vez que vemos que las mentes de nuestros niños se van renovando, así es como la voluntad de Dios llegará a ser agradable y perfecta.
